Established in 2015, Affectrix offers durable medical equipment that provides the best outcomes for patients. Affectrix is a national provider with our corporate office located in Armada Michigan. Being in the medical field we feel that we should do our part in combating the opioid epidemic. We like to help post surgical and chronic pain patients by offering alternatives to addictive pain medication.
Our equipment not only reduces pain but also aids in shorter recovery times. We offer a variety of home and durable medical equipment to help improve your quality of life. We will assist providers and patients with choosing the best home health care products. Our products are available in 3 ways: At our Armada store, an in home appointment or shipped to the home. We can also coordinate an in-person delivery at a patient's next doctors appointment if permitted by the doctors office.

Thermal Compression Therapy
Combining intermittent compression with dry cold is safer and more therapeutic than ice to reduce pain, swelling and edema. This modality is safe to fall asleep with. Sleep while using this modality is often the case because of the relief it provides. It improves clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction especially for those who refuse or are adverse to pain pills. Combining heat with intermittent compression achieves the same results for pain associated with stiffness and soreness.
Electro Stimulation
There are multiple types of electric current to treat pain and underlying problems. Muscle stimulation increases blood flow, reduces edema, prevents muscle loss and treats chronic or acute pain. This modality is also safe to sleep with. This modality also improves clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction especially for those who refuse or are adverse to pain pills.
